Required Qualifications and Education
Preferred experience in a medical office or call center, or completion of a healthcare training program
High School Diploma or GED; or 1-3 months of related healthcare experience
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional customer service skills and highly organized
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
