Senior Governance Lead

A company is looking for a Sr. Governance Lead to oversee governance frameworks for AI and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain program governance frameworks for AI contracts

Define and implement policies around contract management, data governance, and risk management

Conduct audits and assurance reviews to ensure compliance with governance frameworks and regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred

8+ years of experience in governance, risk & compliance, or related fields

Experience with AI, machine learning, and data privacy regulations

Ability to engage stakeholders and drive governance adoption

Experience with vendor contracts and operationalizing governance in large organizations
