A company is looking for a Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist for a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with merchants and internal stakeholders across Canada
Drive growth by reactivating accounts and expanding volume with existing merchants
Conduct outreach and follow-ups in both English and French, ensuring timely resolution of merchant loan issues
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in direct sales, account management, or B2B customer success
Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is required
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
Availability between 9 : 00 AM and 5 : 00 PM EST, Monday to Friday
