Position Overview

The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for delivering high‑quality respiratory care through patient assessment, education, equipment setup, and ongoing compliance monitoring. This role supports both Post‑Clinical Outcomes (PCO) and Home Medical Equipment (HME) services, partnering closely with patients, caregivers, physicians, and internal teams to ensure optimal therapy outcomes and an outstanding patient experience.

Core Responsibilities Patient Assessment & Therapy Planning

• Evaluate patient history, symptoms, and physician orders to recommend appropriate respiratory therapies and equipment, including CPAP, BiPAP, and oxygen systems
• Conduct in‑person and virtual assessments to ensure therapy suitability and success

Patient Education & Support

Equipment Setup & Quality Assurance

Compliance Monitoring & Follow‑Up

Collaboration & Communication

Ongoing Responsibilities
