Robert Half is looking for an experienced Controller to oversee and enhance our clients' accounting operations. This role requires a strong leader who can manage financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and audits while fostering collaboration across departments. The Controller will play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity and driving process improvements to support organizational growth.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and billing processes.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee account reconciliations, entries, and adjustments while maintaining strong internal controls.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and workflows to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct variance analyses and provide actionable insights to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate annual audits, quarterly reviews, and tax filings, ensuring compliance and clean audits.
• Lead the selection and optimization of financial management systems and drive automation initiatives.
• Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support strategic initiatives.
