ES&S Field Implementation Specialist (ePermitting)

The ES&S Field Implementation Specialist is responsible for facilitating the training of the Unified Permit and MIRAM components of the ePermitting rollout at the sites they are assigned. Additionally this role will focus on the needs and concerns of the sites Safety Department ensuring that any concerns / issues raised by this group are promptly resolved.

Key Responsibilities :

• Obtain ePermitting application proficiency and serve as one of the Subject Matter Experts during training go-live and hypercare.
• Conduct / Instruct ePermitting Training Classes with the support of the full multidiscipline ePermitting implementation team.
• Conduct and / or support Unified Permit and MIRAM training as part of the overall ePermitting training curriculum.
• Support application troubleshooting and the resolution of issues during site implementation and hypercare with the support of the full multidiscipline ePermitting implementation team.
• Attend the readiness workshop for implementation teams ensuring readiness to assume responsibility for assigned role.
• Coordinate with the Field Implementation Team Leader and the other multidiscipline ePermitting implementation team members to schedule time on-site vacations holidays and days off. This will require backfilling for other team members and / or the Field Implementation Team Leader when needed.
• Serve as primary point of contact for the ePermitting implementation at assigned sites for the ES&S Department.
