Descripción del trabajoComplete motor vehicle registration paperwork Prepare tax and title documents on a timely basis Record incoming titles daily according to established procedures Troubleshoot and resolve problems specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc. Maintain a high level of confidentiality Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner Reconcile schedules Process incentives Verify all deal contents and issue payoff checks for trade-ins Post all sale transactions to accounting Verify the accuracy of posting through reporting systems in place Perform other duties as assigned or requested Prefer Auto Dealership Tag & Title Clerk and / or Billing Clerk experience Research skills and ability to analyze the information required to perform job duties Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Outstanding attention to detail, confidentiality, and organized A good work ethic takes initiative Professional appearance and good communication skills High school diploma or equivalent Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident. West Herr Automotive Group is looking for a Full-Time Billing and Title Clerk to complete motor vehicle registration paperwork and process accounting of vehicle purchases. Experience is preferred.
