• Associate’s Degree in Nursing for experienced candidates
• BSN for new graduates
• NYS RN license required
• Bilingual Mandarin, Cantonese, Bengali or Spanish required
• CCM preferred
• 1 year of RN experience in managed care, home care, acute care or nursing home preferred
