• Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment\n
• Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse\n
• Following the plan of care\n
• Following all clinical and office policies\n\nRequirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)\n
• Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License\n
• Physical from within three years\n
• PPD or Chest X-Ray\n
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)\n
• Valid driver's license\n
