WellSpan Health, an integrated not-for-profit health system serving the communities of South-Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland, is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Urology team in Franklin County. Our organization consists of a multispecialty medical group of 250 care locations, nine hospitals, and a growing number of academic clinical affiliations. About the Practice

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant responsible for performing initial evaluation and ongoing management of patients with various urological conditions including BPH, erectile dysfunction, incontinence, kidney stones, UTIs, and more

Responsible for hospital consults in Waynesboro and outpatient care with flexibility to work varying 1.00 FTE daytime only schedule Monday-Friday (No after hours call, or weekend call)

Support and collaborate alongside a team of seven Providers between Waynesboro Hospital and Chambersburg Hospital

Assist Urologists in surgical procedures, including prep and post-op care of patients

Educate patients on urologic health, treatment options, and discharge instructions during 30-minute appointments

Must have a Master's degree and be board certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Pennsylvania license.
