A company is looking for a Senior Capture Manager to drive federal growth opportunities in digital services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead opportunity research, qualification, and pursuit of federal contracting opportunities
Develop overall capture plans, including strategies for technical, management, staffing, and pricing
Foster and maintain strong relationships with Government Agencies and industry partners
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a business development or capture role focused on federal healthcare technology solutions
Proven ability to lead captures from $50M+
Experience managing multiple captures simultaneously at various lifecycle stages
Proven record of collaboration with proposal teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle
Exceptional skills in building relationships and strategic negotiation
