Key Responsibilities

• Implement physician orders and administer medications while starting IVs, performing treatments, and documenting care as per policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions effectively.
• Continuously assess and evaluate patient needs and their responses to care rendered.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in making critical care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed and over-the-counter medications according to physician directives.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary staff while ensuring professional nursing standards are met.
