A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst (Fixed Term Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer tickets via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues quickly
Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges while understanding their business impact
Contribute to the knowledge management system by sharing insights gained from troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in technical troubleshooting in a B2C or B2B environment
1+ year of experience in delivering software support
1+ year of hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL Server)
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
Ability to articulate software-related and technical concepts confidently
