The Opportunity

Adobe Firefly is transforming creativity through generative AI enabling creative professionals ( CPros ) to ideate design and produce content in entirely new ways. As Group Manager of Product Marketing for Firefly (Inbound) you will lead a team focused on understanding the needs of Creative Professionals and shaping how Firefly delivers value across Adobes creative ecosystem.

This is a high-impact leadership role where youll guide strategic product marketing initiatives mentor a team of PMMs and influence product direction and go-to-market strategies. Youll collaborate deeply with product outbound marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure Firefly is discoverable adopted and loved by creative professionals worldwide.

What Youll Do

Drive the strategic direction of inbound product marketing programs for Firefly tailored to creative professionals.

Partner with Firefly and flagship app product teams to shape roadmap priorities based on customer insights and cross-app journey opportunities.

Champion deep understanding of workflows needs and aspirations through research data analysis and direct engagement.

Partner closely with outbound PMMs for Creatvie Professionals segments to co-develop marketing programs that drive awareness and adoption of Firefly.

Foster a culture of innovation customer obsession and cross-functional collaboration.

Refine Fireflys value proposition for creative professionals ensuring it resonates across subject areas and use cases.

Represent the strategic vision of Firefly for CPros to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

What Youll Bring

10 years of experience in product marketing product management or strategy roles ideally in creative software or AI technologies.

5 years of experience managing people including senior-level marketers.

Proven ability to lead critical initiatives and mentor high-performing teams.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; adept at using data to inform decisions.

Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities with experience influencing executive team members.

Passion for creativity design and emerging technologies like generative AI.

BS degree in Marketing Business or a related fieldor equivalent practical experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$273200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
