What We Offer :

Compensation & Benefits :

Pay : Hourly 23-35hr.

Schedule :

  • Monday to Friday : 7 AM - 4 PM.
  • Every other Saturday : 8 AM - 2 PM.
  • What You’ll Do :

    As a Diesel Technician, you’ll play a key role in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of gasoline and diesel trucks and equipment.

    Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

  • Performing diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines. (Caterpillar, John deere, Kumatsu, Case, XCMG, Solis, Kubota, Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Ford).
  • Servicing and maintaining engine, aftertreatment, clutch, transmission, suspension, tracks,  HVAC, and cooling systems
  • Hydraulic systems, air and braking systems.
  • Conducting DOT-compliant inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • Preparing and submitting accurate documentation, including work orders, time sheets, warranty claims, and quality control forms.
  • Identifying required parts and recommending repair solutions.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality service.
  • What We’re Looking For :

    Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • 4+ years of experience in diesel diagnostics and repair.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge across various makes and systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, follow safety protocols, and work independently.
  • Must be able to pass drug tests (random testing applies).
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel when needed.
