Descripción del trabajoProvide direct care and nursing assessments to youth in our residential program. Collaborate with families, providers, and a multi-disciplinary treatment team . Administer medications, manage health records, and support trauma-informed care. Promote a safe, healing environment focused on reducing restraints and enhancing well-being. Willingness to be on-call and participate in a rotating holiday schedule.
Location : Orchard Place Residential Campus - Des Moines, Iowa
Position : Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN
Hourly Pay : Full Day Time : $32.00 - $36.00 / hr + Shift Differentials + Benefits

Schedule Options & Starting Pay :
- Daytime LPNs : Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM | $21.00-$24.00 / hr
- Evening LPNs : 12 PM - 8 PM, 10 AM - 8 PM, or 8 AM - 8 PM $21.00-$24.00 / hr + $2 hour shift differential after 5 PM
- Weekday On-Call Rate : $3.00 / hr
- Weekend On-Call Rate : $6.00 / hr
- No Weekends Required - Enjoy a flexible weekday-only schedule.
- Pay is commensurate with experience.
