• Flexible Practice Model : General Urology with some Oncology; robotics required with access to a brand new da Vinci 5 robot and 3T MRI
• Predictable Schedule : 2 days blocked for OR, busy clinics with 30+ patients per day, and 1 : 4 call rotation in week-long blocks
• Generous Compensation Package : $575K base salary with wRVU productivity potential of $750K+ , $50K signing bonus, student loan repayment, 4 weeks PTO, CME allowance, malpractice, and comprehensive health / retirement benefits
