ServiceNow Developer

A company is looking for ServiceNow Developers to support a large-scale implementation for a life sciences client.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM modules

Support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog

Design and maintain integrations using REST / SOAP APIs and troubleshoot platform issues

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments

Strong experience developing solutions across ITSM and / or ITOM modules

Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and platform configuration

Experience building and supporting integrations using APIs and MID Servers

Solid understanding of CMDB architecture, data models, and dependencies
