Descripción del trabajoTeach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you how!) Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends. Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and make sure they have a truly magical experience! Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here. Be ready to LEAD. We will make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community! But we also make a difference in the lives of our teammates! Many of the leaders in our company started in this position and have enjoyed the opportunities for upward mobility. You're totally open to being a goofball and love giving (air) high 5's. (A background in child development, physical education and / or gymnastics helps as well). You have background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education. You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good. Kids really like you AND their parents really like you too. You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates. You love to have fun but you know when to buckle down and do work. Kids and Parents Walk out of our classes more confident than when they walked in every single day. You'll get your steps in and close your activity rings while you work because you'll be moving all day. We take our fun pretty seriously but also take the role we play in our community and with each child we meet seriously. The relationships you'll build here will last a lifetime. You could get paid to fold t-shirts or you could get paid to act like a dinosaur. The choice is yours! Thursday & Friday - Afternoon Shift Required Sunday - All Day Availability Required One Saturday afternoon / evening Required 10 - 20 weekly hours

The Little Gym is the worlds premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Lifes Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.
For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent / child classes, gymnastics, dance and enjoyable extras like camps, Parents Survival Nights, skill clinics and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. Once you become a part of The Little Gym squad, you will be part of a team dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.
All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise Somersault Operating, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that Somersault Operating. All inquiries about employment at this franchise should be made directly to Somersault Operating, and not to The Little Gym Franchising Corporate. Somersault Operating currently has 22 The Little Gym locations spread across 7 states (SC, NC, VA, TN, PA, NJ, WA). With multiple new locations scheduled to open in the coming years, Somersault Operating looks forward to having you helping us grow!
