As Financial Aid Collections Specialists, you will provide guidance to students and parents on the financial aid application process and identify relevant aid opportunities

Qualifications:
-1 to 2 years of related experience

-Must be comfortable and trustworthy in handling confidential information
-Ability to answer difficult inquiries
