Licensed Clinical Case Manager

A company is looking for a Clinical Case Manager Behavioral Health - Work at Home.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred members' needs and eligibility for services

Utilize clinical judgment to develop care plans and coordinate services for optimal outcomes

Perform crisis intervention and follow-up for members experiencing behavioral health or medical crises

Required Qualifications

3 years of direct clinical practice experience post-master's degree in a relevant setting

3 years of knowledge in mental health and substance abuse disorders

3 years of experience in simultaneous telephone communication and typing

3 years of experience using Motivational Interviewing and proficiency in technology

Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license as per state regulations
