Accounting Clerk

Description

We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes. Based in Los Angeles, California, this position offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced insurance company while utilizing your expertise in data entry and financial reconciliation.

Responsibilities :

• Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
• Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update financial records.
• Handle billing operations, including invoice creation and distribution.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and other documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Provide administrative support for daily accounting operations.

Requirements - Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing.
