A long-established and rapidly growing public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Audit Manager or Senior Audit Manager to join its for-profit industry team. This role will focus on clients in the Manufacturing and Construction sectors and offers clear potential for future partnership consideration.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits, reviews, and compilations for for-profit clients, ensuring quality, compliance, and timeliness.
• Serve as the primary contact for client relationships, offering guidance and proactive communication.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of professionals.
• Review financial statements, workpapers, and audit documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients beyond compliance.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including networking, proposals, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen and grow the for-profit practice area.
• Support internal initiatives such as training, process improvement, and practice development.
