Grossing Technician or Grossing Tech in New York State

I'm hiring for a Grossing Tech in New York! New Grads Welcome.

The Grossing Tech assures appropriate specimen accessioning and labeling; performs gross description and dissection of specimens received; maintains the integrity of the specimen and patient identification; describes gross anatomic features of routine, uncomplicated surgical specimens, ensuring that all lesions, marking and sutures are mentioned; reviews clinical information provided to determine what pathologic examination is pertinent; and more!

Location : Near Harrison, NY

Type : Full-time and permanent

Shift : Nights

Requirements : College degree; NY license; ASCP cert; prior experience

Pay : $40-$60 / hr
