The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in Casa Fresca Homes' growing Marketing department and is responsible for managing the company's email, social media and enhancing our digital customer journey. The ideal candidate is creative, data driven, and detail oriented with a strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted email content and messaging
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns and customer journeys via Account Engagement
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and automation tools
• Craft compelling copy that drives engagement and conversions
• Optimize email campaigns through A / B testing and data analysis
• Provide regular reporting and analysis of email marketing campaign performance
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, best practices, and technologies
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices

Develop and manage a content calendar across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
