Residential Habilitation Group Home Manager

What You'll Do :

Oversee daily operations of the group home

Support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) with scheduling, training, and coaching

Ensure a safe, respectful, and positive home environment

Maintain compliance with Medicaid and state regulations

Work closely with guardians, care coordinators, and the Crossroads team to support residents' independence and quality of life

What We're Looking For :

Experience in human services, management, or residential care preferred (but we'll train the right person)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Compassion, patience, and a commitment to person-centered care

Ability to balance hands-on caregiving with administrative responsibilities

Pay : $18.00 per hour

Expected hours : 32 - 48 per week
