Capture Manager

A company is looking for a Capture Manager to lead business growth within the Defense Health Agency (DHA) in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Lead capture initiatives focused on DHA and related government healthcare agencies

Develop and execute winning capture strategies that align with DHA mission needs

Build and sustain trusted relationships with DHA stakeholders and industry partners

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered

7+ years of experience in capture management or business development within DHA or government health IT programs

Demonstrated success leading captures exceeding $20M+ in value

Established relationships with DHA decision-makers and contracting officers

Strong understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle and procurement processes
