Salary : $80,000 - 98,000 per year
Requirements :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in a STEM or relevant technical field
- Experience : 3–5+ years of professional software development (Intermediate to Senior level)
- Clearance : U.S. Citizen with Interim Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS / SCI security clearance
- Traits : Self-motivated individual with excellent communication abilities, a problem-solving approach, and a commitment to mission-focused development

- Proficiency in Java, Object-Oriented Design, and familiarity with one or more build tools (e.g., Maven)
- Knowledge of unit testing, software documentation practices, and Agile development methodologies
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to analyze static code
- Effective communication and teamwork skills with a keen attention to detail
- Preferred :

Responsibilities :
In this role, I will guide you through the exciting and vital work of software engineering in the context of national defense. You will design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions for the GCCS-J Command and Control system—the Department of Defense's reliable platform for joint operations. You will support the complete software development lifecycle within an Agile framework, engaging in requirements gathering, design, implementation, and testing activities. Collaboration with geographically dispersed teams will be essential as we work to produce resilient, scalable, and efficient code that supports real-world mission execution. You will also lead enhancements and modernization efforts by incorporating emerging technologies into our existing software baselines.Technologies :
