A company is looking for a Title Officer to analyze and evaluate title records for residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

Examine title search documents to determine requirements for clearing title and insurability

Create and revise title commitments, ensuring compliance with guidelines and timely completion

Communicate with clients and office staff regarding title insurance coverage issues and transaction details

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of title experience

High School diploma required

Title Producer's License

Able to follow company procedures and meet customer service expectations

Strong research and investigative skills
