A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Work with clients to obtain necessary information for annual reporting
Review client-submitted documents for completeness and accuracy
Prepare required 401(k) plan government filings, including IRS Form 5500
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age
Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure and IRS / DOL Regulations preferred
Adequate math and analytical skills
Ability to work in an autonomous environment
