NFS Bilingual- FFS -Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. We're looking for several Bilingual Outpatient Therapists to join our growing team!

FEE FOR SERVICE POSITION
Full Time opportunities as well!
Compensation:
Fee for Service:
$45/hour for MA Level
$50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
$55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
$65-$70/hour for independent license
50% in person over a 3 month span will earn $750
75% in person over a 3 month span will earn $1000
90% and above in person over a 3 month span $1250
Premiums paid for:
Non-English language capacity
Experience
Select clinical specialties
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese-Required
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
Independent Clinical License within 2 years
Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus
Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
Must be able to travel to one of our 5 office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield
