Full-Time Housekeeper | Westlake, OH

Live-Out | Monday–Friday | ASAP Start | $40 / hour

MUST HAVE ESTATE EXPERIENCE & LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION FROM PREVIOUS PRIVATE EMPLOYERS

A professional family with 2 children and 2 friendly dogs in Westlake, Ohio is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to support their active household. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with children and pets. This role is perfect for someone polished, discreet, and proactive—who takes pride in maintaining a beautiful home and understands how to work in a high-profile setting with strong boundaries and professionalism.

Schedule / Family Details

Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (flexible - preferred start time of 8am to assist with kids)

Occasional weekend check-ins (mail, water plants, feed fish) when family is away

Family travels most weekends

Responsibilities

Full-charge housekeeping (current home is 9,000 sq ft., relocating in a few months to 10,000 sq ft home nearby)

Deep cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all living spaces

Laundry and ironing, with great attention to delicate clothing and fabrics

Closet and pantry organization

Managing household inventory, stocking supplies

Light cooking and meal prep (no dietary restrictions—kid-friendly meals appreciated)

Basic household oversight when family travels

Assisting with downsizing and donation coordination during upcoming move

Watering indoor plants, koi pond care, and feeding indoor fish as needed

Putting away dogs during landscape / vendor visits (pets are boarded when family travels)

Ideal Candidate

Speaks English fluently

Extremely organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Understands boundaries and professionalism around UHNW families

Comfortable asking questions and receiving direction—does not assume

Not intimidated by fast-paced environments

Trustworthy, loyal, and discreet

Candidates can be local to Ohio / open to a short commute or open to immediate relocation without assistance.
