Compensation :

$75,000 - $85,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Compliance with state clinical regulations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends in Direct Care
• Complete initial determination of viability of potential residents within 6 hours of referral
• Quarterly psychotropic medication reviews
• Monthly PRN psychotropic medication reviews
• Weekly skin condition / would assessments
• Monitor medication renewals and order daily
• Ensure zero medication misses
• Review each resident's Medication Administration Record at least monthly, ensure accuracy and appropriate signatures
• Ensure all resident services are completed by care staff and charted during their scheduled shift
