SUMMARY
Bering Straits Professional Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation, requires a qualified Shift Supervisor for the DOT Services Contract in Washington, DC. The Shift Supervisor position will be under the supervision of the Program Manager working with Department of Transportation and Federal Protective Service, and will be responsible for protection of federally owned / leased facilities. Employees hired for this position will initially be brought on as a part time variable officer at an hourly wage of $21.69 per hour until they complete all onboarding and contract required training. Once completed, the employee will be assigned to the site and transitioned to a full time status at an hourly wage of $41.20 per hour.
- Average completion time for onboarding and contract required training is roughly between 4 - 6 weeks.
