Responsibilities :
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of BCBAs.
- Provide direct support to clients in home or community settings.
- Track and document client progress through data collection.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective therapy.
- Support families with guidance and resources.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging environment for clients.
