Account Executive Requirements

College degree highly preferred

Prior sales experience in the staffing industry is required

Prior experience in pharma / med device (Quality, Validation and Regulatory) industry is strongly preferred

Outstanding communication skills

Must be a self-starter / highly motivated

Strong problem-solving skills

Determined and goal-oriented

Account Executive Responsibilities

  • Prospect clients with pharma and med device (Quality Valication and Regularoty) talent acquistion needs
  • Identify and initiate contact with hiring managers
  • Sell resumes of qualified candidates directly to hiring managers
  • Build relationships with clients and managers to be a trusted partner
  • Provide strategic and tactical account development
  • Grow existing accounts
  • Manage, document and coordinate all communication with clients
  • Work cohesively with all IntePros Teammates
  • Join and become involved in industry associations
  • Meet weekly KPI’s
  • Drive aggressive growth and profitability in a sustainable manner
