AppleOne has partnered with a Construction company looking for a candidate who has done accounting for different construction projects, job costing, tracking project costs, revenue, and expenses for construction projects.

Must have strong Excel

Must have worked with a construction accounting software.

Knowledge / experience doing :

• Revenue recognition - Ability to recognize revenue throughout the contract, which is useful for long-term projects.
• Accrual accounting
• Change order management
• Retainage
• Break down project costs
• Job costing.
