n Pay Rate : n$30.00 per hour

n What’s a typical day as an Accounts Payable Specialist? You’ll be :

n- Preparing monthly financial reports including auditable posting journals, balance sheets, and income and expense statements under the supervision of the General Manager.

n- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accurate financial records.

n- Preparing payroll checks and the necessary state and federal payroll reports.

n- Processing accounts payable checks for corporate invoices and obligations.

n- Maintaining organized files of all non-receivable corporate records and preparing materials for auditors.

n This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

n- Have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of experience in a business office environment focusing on financial accounting, payroll, and accounts payable.

n- Possess strong knowledge of QuickBooks, general ledger functions, and payroll processing.

n- Are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to prepare comprehensive financial reports.

n- Can effectively communicate both orally and in writing and maintain a professional demeanor when interfacing with vendors and colleagues.
