The Accounting Specialist-Accounts Receivable : Daily posting of customer payments, processing credit card payments,

ongoing correspondence with customers, collection calls and emails for domestic accounts receivable, monthly

statement processing.

Key Areas of Responsibility :

• Posting daily cash receipts
• Processing customer statements
• Calling and emailing past due customers for payment
• Processing and recording daily credit card payment receipts
• Responding to customer account inquiries
• Reconciling customer accounts and issuing customer credits
• Generating intercompany pass-through invoices
• Filing, copying, scanning and archiving support for Finance department
• Misc. - Special projects involving finance as needed
