We are opening an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in the financial services industry, based in Addison, Texas. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity and involves assisting with a software transition from Skyline to Yardi, handling account data entry and supporting end-of-year financial tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate the migration of account data from Skyline to Yardi software
- Perform accounts payable data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide necessary assistance for end-of-year financial activities
- Ensure precise and up-to-date accounts payable records
- Resolve customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts
- Support the preparation of 1099’s and NNN reconciliations
- Assist in tax return processes
- Contribute to the smooth transition of accounting software without requiring constant supervision.
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.
- Must have substantial experience with Accounts Payable (AP).
- Ability to perform Check Runs is necessary.
- Must be adept at Coding Invoices.
- Strong Data Entry skills are a must.
- Experience in Invoice Processing is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Must have experience working with Oracle.
- Experience with QuickBooks is necessary.
- Must be familiar with SAP.
- Proficiency in using Skyline is required.
- Experience with Yardi Property Management software is necessary.
- Must be skilled in using Yardi Voyager.
- Proficiency in Yardi Breeze is required.
- Must have experience with Yardi.
- Experience with Yardi Enterprise is necessary.
- Must be familiar with Yardi Software.
