Job Description

Join Teledyne HiRel a leader in high-reliability electronics for defense applications. As our Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst youll play a critical role in ensuring accurate revenue tracking and timely cash flowkey to supporting our mission of delivering cutting-edge solutions for the most demanding environments.

What Youll Do

• Process and issue accurate customer invoices; resolve payment discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and manage collections for past-due accounts.
• Forecast weekly cash receipts to support financial planning.
• Apply daily cash receipts and reconcile bank transactions.
• Maintain accounting ledgers and perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly aging reports and monitor credit limits.
• Handle intercompany invoicing and reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits related to Accounts Receivable.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested.

Salary Range :

$77900.00-$103800.000
