Job Responsibilities :
- Generate and send invoices to customers in an accurate and timely manner.
- Process incoming payments and apply them to the correct accounts.
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up as needed.
- Communicate with customers via email and phone to resolve billing inquiries.
- Assist with reconciling accounts receivable transactions and investigating discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
- Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing activities.
