We are in the search for a meticulous and focused Accounts Payable Clerk to be a part of our client's team in Tucson, Arizona. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, your primary role will be to manage and process accounts payable for multiple entities, whilst ensuring adherence to legal and company protocols. You will also be responsible for the reconciliation of bank and vendor accounts, maintaining precise records of all transactions, and handling inter-company transactions.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately manage and process accounts payable for various entities
• Conduct regular reconciliation of bank and vendor accounts
• Maintain organized and detailed records of all transactions
• Handle inter-company transactions and allocations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors to efficiently manage payment processes and resolve discrepancies
• Utilize your advanced knowledge of ERP systems and accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to streamline workflows and deliver timely reports
• Ensure the accurate coding of invoices and efficient data entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing and processing data
• Handle check runs and account reconciliation tasks
• Extensive experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with Coding Invoices
• Strong Data Entry skills
• Experience in Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with QuickBooks
