Review, submit, and diligently follow up on claims and denials. Address billing problems, resolving client issues with finesse. Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for informed decision-making. Handle payment posting and charge entry as needed. Be a proactive team player, contributing to various office tasks. Minimum 3 years of medical billing experience, showcasing your expertise. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, with a willingness to learn new practice management and billing software. Stellar Customer Service : Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills. Organized & Independent : Thrive in an environment that values autonomy and self-motivation. Driven to Excel : Demonstrate a proven track record of success and a passion for personal growth.
