Job descriptionMust have a portfolio Adobe Creative Suite Adobe InDesign Graphic Design Experience : 2-5 years in marketing (can consider more senior); preferred background in architecture, engineering, or construction industry Education : Degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field (not required if experience is sufficient) Skills : Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, certifications are preferred as they show growth mindset
The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. This person will need to be local to a Florida office (Gainesville, Jacksonville, Melbourne, Naples, Orlando, Pensacola, Sarasota, Tallahassee, Tampa)
Responsibilities :
- Support marketing projects, including proposals and qualification documents for public / private sector requests
- Develop and update marketing materials, including resumes, project descriptions, and other collateral
- Edit materials for spelling, grammar, clarity, consistency, and quality
- Assist with creating effective graphics, layout designs, templates, and visuals for proposals
- Maintain marketing department’s database of proposal content
