The Group Benefits IT organization is looking for a transformational technology leader to help us modernize our Claims administrative platforms to both uplift our customer experience as well as drive significant advancements in our end-to-end delivery model as we move to the cloud.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Execution of the Claimant Transformation roadmap across our core Claims administrative platform (THAA) within the Group Benefits portfolio (~20M annual budget)
- Experience driving cultural transformation in organizations, developing workforce strategies and experience with management of offshore partners
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to identify challenges and risks and proactively mitigate and manage the execution
- Leverage a deep technical acumen across a wide technology stack including Angular, .NET and AWS to ensure we have well-architected and designed epics and features that position us against our strategic goals
- Leadership of delivery teams, providing human resource management,
coaching / mentoring and building the next generation and level of execution and application software engineering leaders.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is :
