Research Administration Management Analyst

- The Research Administration Management Analyst is responsible for coordinating the Ryan White (RW) 340B Program in the Division of Infectious Diseases within the Department of Internal Medicine;
- ensures division compliance with stated RW contract requirements; establishes and tracks metrics quarterly to demonstrate progress towards stated goals / objectives;
- designs and implements strategies that focus on addressing barriers to delivery of HIV health care and RW objectives; assists RW 340B coordinator with implementation of new programs designed to benefit HIV patients using 340B income and monitors ongoing operations;
- leads quality improvement projects; prepares documents for and leads annual monitoring visit; collaborates with patient navigators in performance of RW activities and provides oversight of day-to-day activities;
- collaborates with medical case managers in the delivery of care; creates policies and procedures to support access to services;
leads monthly meetings; monitors data entry systems and performs quality assurance; attends required trainings as required.

Minimum Education Required :
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Education Desired :
Master’s degree preferred
Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in health sciences or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 2 years relevant experience in community-based projects studies required; experience coordinating and managing research teams desired;
- experience with evidence synthesis and professional writing desired; demonstrated experience with both participant recruitment and mixed-methods data collection (collecting survey data and conducting one-on-one interviews) preferred;
understanding of data security, privacy, ethics, and public trust inherent to data sharing preferred. Requires successful completion of a background check.
Selected candidate may be requested to complete a pre-employment physical including a drug screen.
