Officially, this role functions as an Administrative Assistant , but internally, we call it our "Operations Slayer". This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth financial transactions.
What You’ll Do :
Process account openings and maintain client accounts
Handle all paperwork related to accounts, transfers, deposits, and withdrawals
Manage ACH, wire transfers, and other money movement processes
Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
Identify and troubleshoot operational challenges, using critical thinking to resolve issues
Maintain precise records and conduct routine audits
What We’re Looking For :
Extreme attention to detail – you notice the little things that make a big difference
Strong problem-solving skills – you can think critically and find solutions independently
Highly organized and process-driven – you keep everything running smoothly
Great communication skills – you’ll interact with clients and internal teams
Financial services interest (bonus, but not required!) – if you’re eager to learn, we’ll train you
