High Focus Centers in Paramus is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our highly trained staff create individualized, comprehensive and robust treatment plans designed to meet each client’s treatment goals. At High Focus Centers in Paramus we are currently seeking a Licensed Counselor to join our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals providing Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment services to our co-occurring adult clients. Schedule : Monday - Friday
Salary : $52,000 / year - $60,000 / year (with monthly merit and referral bonus opportunities!)
Here at Paramus Outpatient, our Counselors :
- Provide elite-level care to adults seeking treatment by evaluating behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs
- Provide personalized treatment plans specific to individual needs
- Facilitate all clinical services for clients including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source / outpatient provider contact.
- Provide detailed and personalized aftercare planning and community outreach resources / referrals
- Other duties as assigned
