Position Summary
Job Overview :
The People Analytics Lead will leverage HR data to support strategic decision-making, enhance the employee experience, and drive organizational performance. This role is responsible for managing data analysis, reporting, and the implementation of analytics technologies, ensuring their seamless integration with business strategies and HR processes. The individual will also play a critical role in developing a data governance framework and promoting the adoption of enterprise analytics technologies.
Key Responsibilities :
Data Analysis and Reporting :
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards tracking key metrics such as turnover, talent data, and diversity and inclusion.
- Use statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align people analytics with broader business strategies.
- Ensure seamless interaction between HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
